Q: Where are products manufactured?
A: All our devices are made in Italy, at the Astrel production facility of Mossa (Gorizia)
Q: Are 4-noks and Astrel the same company?
A: Yes. Astrel became the owner of the 4-noks brand, following a merger of the two companies in 2016. All 4-noks products are manufactured and marketed directly by Astrel.
Q: How many devices does the Rialto Active system handle?
A: Up to 32 devices can be connected to a single WhiteBox hub, whilst multiple WhiteBoxes can be handled by the App
Q: How is Rialto connected to the Internet?
A: With an Ethernet cable. All Rialto devices connect to the WhiteBox hub by radio. Only the WhiteBox control unit is connected by Ethernet cable to the ADSL router, which makes all devices accessible by way of the local WiFi network an/or the Internet.
Q: Does Rialto work even when there is no Internet?
A: If there is no Internet connection, the system cannot be controlled remotely. It can still be viewed on the App by connecting to the local WiFi network
Q: Do flush-mounting Ekko devices require modifications to the electrical system?
A: Generally speaking, no. However, given the type of installation, it is advisable to have a trusted electrician do the job for you. If you do not have anyone, contact us for further advice.
Q: Do you sell parts and accessories for pellet stoves to customers or installers?
A: No. Astrel supplies these items only to stove manufacturers. We recommend that you contact the official service network of the stove manufacturer.
Q: Do you sell parts for whirlpool and spa tubs, saunas and steam baths?
A: Not to private customers. For installers, certain parts are available on our dedicated e-commerce platform mododepot.it. For control units or other devices made to specifications provided by the manufacturer, which may appear similar to our standard products, you will need to contact the official service network of the manufacturer.
